The challenge
The owners had a warm hallway floor and a water bill three times its usual size. The floor was original terrazzo, which cannot be patched invisibly, so breaking the slab was off the table.
What Northgate did
Pressure testing isolated the leak to the hot line feeding the hall bath. Northgate abandoned that run under the slab and fed the bath from the attic with PEX, dropping through an existing closet wall. One day, two small drywall openings, no concrete.
